Curly Mango Round Mallets

Until now, Curly Mango wasn’t something anyone expected in a mallet handle—but the moment we saw it, we knew it belonged.

The figure and color are striking on their own. Once infused, the transformation is even better. The process stabilizes the wood, enhances durability, and adds weight—resulting in a handle that feels as good as it looks.

Paired with our Blue Spruce Round Mallet, this new option brings together beauty and performance in a way that’s hard to ignore.

Each mallet features a maple head infused with a tough polymer resin, increasing its density by 80%. The result is more power in a smaller space—delivering a solid, controlled strike while protecting the wood fibers from compression. Even after hundreds of dovetails and mortises, it will look as good as it performs.

What you can’t see—but will immediately feel—is how the head and handle are joined. A machined steel rod extends deep into both components and is epoxied in place, adding mass, strength, and rigidity where it matters most.

Make it your own with your choice of small or large resin-infused maple head, now paired with our new Infused Curly Mango handle.
